障がいのある人々の挑戦として始まったコーヒー焙煎所です。
多様性を理解する私たちの焙煎所は
「人を中心にコーヒーを考える」ことを大切にしています。
ここにあるのは、特別なおいしさだけではなく、
生産者や社会に還元されていく、
サステイナブルな、あたたかい循環です。

そんなコーヒーを私達は作りつづけています。
Social Good Roasters is a coffee roastery that began as a challenge for people with disabilities.Our roasting shop, which understands diversity places important values on“Think about coffee with the human focus”. There is not only a special taste, but also a sustainable and good things cyclethat gives back to the producers and society.
We make coffee that will bring joy to someone with a cup of coffee.

千代田区との協同で設立された
福祉施設（就労継続支援B型）です。
ここでは障がいのある方がコーヒーの仕事を
通じて自立することを支援しています。
障がい者”でも”、できる”作業”ではなく、
コーヒーを通じてひとりひとりが”やりたい”と思う仕事で
出会い自信と誇りをもって
働き成長できる機会を提供します。 Social Good Roasters is a welfare facility (Type B continuous employment support) established in cooperation with Chiyoda Ward. Here, we support people with disabilities to become independent through coffee work. We provide opportunities for people with disabilities to work and grow with confidence and pride in a job that they want to do through coffee, not just a job that they can do. ソーシャルグッドロースターズのコーヒーは、
美味しさと安全性を追求するために
通常の何倍もの時間をかけ人の手で丁寧につくられています。
自然の作物であるコーヒーの生豆を
人の手と目で丁寧に選別し、
焙煎には最高峰の焙煎機を導入、
仕上げには複数人でカッピングという方法で
味をチェックするなど、
手間暇を惜しまないことで
ここでしかつくれないコーヒーが生み出されます。Social Good Roasters’ coffees are carefully produced by hand, taking many times longer than usual in order to pursue both taste and safety. The green coffee beans are carefully sorted by hand and eye, the best roasting machines are used for roasting, and multiple people check the taste by cupping. The result is coffee that can only be produced here.

Blending has the merit of making the best use of the individual characteristics of each variety while compensating for any shortcomings, and it also has the hope of “recognizing differences and respecting each other. We hope you will try our coffee, which aims to achieve both a balanced taste and the individuality of carefully selected beans.
