Social Good Roasters Chiyoda has started selling scones from “Musina no Niwa”, a Type B facility that provides continuous support for employment.
The scones, which are made with a simple recipe using only the finest domestic ingredients, are a simple and gentle snack with the aroma of herbs and the flavor of the ingredients.
The toppings, such as geraniums picked from the garden and semi-dried strawberries, as well as everything from the dough to the baking process are carefully hand-made.
