We will start selling “Natsu Blend(Summer blend)” from June 1 (Wed.) as part of our seasonal blends.
This year, the sales period (from June 1 to the end of August) will be divided into the first and second semesters, with two different flavors of Natsu Blends available.

Both Natsu Blends are based on the same concept of “Ethiopia + Chiyoda Blend” and “deep roasted coffee with body and a clear aftertaste,” but with a different flavor profile created by using different Ethiopian beans from different refining methods. The Nats blend with Ethiopian Natural beans in the first half of the season has a more assertive Ethiopian sweetness, while the Nats blend with Ethiopian Washed beans in the second half of the season is characterized by a cleaner, fresher taste. The entire staff worked together to find the optimum blend ratio that would allow us to experience the differences in character of the different refining methods to the fullest extent, and this Nats blend was achieved. This blend has a robust flavor with a clean and clear aftertaste that reminds us of a refreshing summer. Enjoy it as an iced coffee on a hot day for an even more refreshing experience.
