From our seasonal blends, “Haru Blend” is going to be available. This blend has a gorgeous, light mouthfeel that harmonizes with the atmosphere of spring.
The honeyed lemon-like sweetness and acidity, highlighted by the natural Ethiopian character, express the sweet and sour spring encounters and goodbyes.
This year’s HARU BLENd is enhanced with the character of Ethiopia’s Guji Anasola Aldi Natural.
It is grown in the organic, nutrient-rich soil of Anasola, located in the northern part of the Guji region of Ethiopia, and produces a good, characteristic berry flavor.
This Ethiopian, India and Kenya are premixed and roasted at medium roast to bring out the distinctive flavors of Ethiopia, while the juicy acidity of Kenya and the chocolate and nutty flavors of India blend together in a complex blend that is gorgeous and light on the palate.
